Spring Program: An Evening with Suzie Miller

Join us for this special event with Suzie Miller on Thursday 1 October 2026 7.30-8.30pm at Newcastle Theatre Company. Suzie Miller reflects on her remarkable career across theatre, literature and law, discussing the ideas and experiences that have informed her work and the urgent social questions that drive her creativity.

In conversation with Rosemarie Milsom, Suzie will discuss her powerful new novel Inter Alia, which explores what happens when an eminent High Court Judge is forced to reckon with her professional life and role as wife, mother, friend, and feminist when a devastating crisis hits home. Intimate and provocative, Inter Alia examines modern masculinity, family, privilege and accountability with the intelligence and emotional force that have become Miller’s hallmark.
