2024 Festival Box Office

Need assistance buying tickets for the festival? Maybe you prefer to buy them in person, or you have accessibility requirements? Our ticketing manager Melissa Chandler will be available to assist in the foyer of the University of Newcastle’s NUSpace building at the following times:

Monday 25 March 10am to 3pm
Wednesday 27 March 10am to 3pm
Friday 5 April 10am to 3pm
Saturday 6 April 9am to 5pm
Sunday 7 April 9am to 4pm

For events held in City of Newcastle venues, Civic Playhouse and Newcastle City Hall Concert Hall, you can also visit the ticket counter in the Civic Theatre Cafe, 375 Hunter Street Newcastle, prior to the festival.
