Celebrating Microlit

Join renowned microlit expert Cassandra Atherton to explore the theme of ‘remnant’ with Australian and international authors published in Spineless Wonders’ new microlit anthology.

Emma Ashmere, Katharine Coles, Sally Egan, Paul Hetherington, and John Kinsella will perform short works reflecting on the meaning of remnant in natural and urban environments as well as in personal and political contexts.

Includes launch of the Remnant anthology by award-winning experimental poet Hazel Smith and presentation of prizes to national and Hunter category winners in the 2024 Joanne Burns Microlit Award. Emma Ashmere, Katharine Coles and John Kinsella are appearing via Zoom.
