The Best Bar None: Michael and Zara Madrusan in Conversation

Newcastle-born Michael Madrusan is one of the world’s foremost authorities on classic and forgotten cocktails. He returns to his hometown with wife and co-author Zara to discuss The Madrusan Cocktail Companion, regarded as the most ambitious drinks guide ever published. In conversation with Ben Groundwater, they’ll explore cocktail culture’s colourful history and share expert tips for mastering the perfect drink at home. 4.30pm for a 5pm start.

Ticket price includes cocktail curated by Michael Madrusan on arrival. Non-alcoholic option available.
