FreeStory Hunter: Big Ideas by Young Writers
Last year, Newcastle Writers Festival launched Story Hunter, a creative writing program for Hunter region primary students with the aim of supporting children to express themselves creatively and confidently share their ideas. Trained writers work with students to provide opportunities for them to write and publish their own stories.
Join us for a special reading by students from some of the participating schools.
Hosted by Story Hunter Coordinator Bethany Falzon.
Story Hunter is proudly supported by the Australian Government RISE Fund, Catfish Foundation and Port Waratah Coal Services.
