Join us for the launch of local writer Dael Allison’s Newcastle-based fiction cycle, Fig. For her PhD in creative writing, Dael researched how writers have responded narratively to Muloobinba, or Newcastle, and its region from pre-colonial time to the present. Dael will read excerpts from Fig, and Joanna Atherfold Finn will host a discussion.
