

Peter Ramm is a poet and teacher who writes on the Gundungurra lands of the NSW Southern Highlands. His debut poetry collection WATERLINES was released by Vagabond Press in 2022. His poetry has appeared in Cordite, Westerly, Mascara Literary Review, The Rialto, Plumwood Mountain, Live Encounters, Eureka Street and the Red Room Company. In 2022 Peter won the prestigious Manchester Poetry Prize and many of his poems have been listed in Australian and International poetry competitions, including the Bridport, Blake, ACU, Peter Porter, Fish, and Newcastle Poetry Prizes. Peter has also won the Harri Jones Memorial Prize, the South Coast Writers Centre Poetry Award, and the Red Room Company's Poetry Object twice. He has placed or been Highly Commended in the Rialto Nature and Place Poetry Competition, the Tom Collins Poetry Prize, the KSP National Poetry Prize, and the Henry Lawson Memorial and Literary Society Poetry Competition.
