Nikolas Orr

Nikolas Orr is an historian of art and its destruction. His PhD, awarded in 2024, explored the defacement and destruction of colonial monuments by Indigenous activists in Australia, New Zealand and the Americas in the late 20th century. He currently works in the public service, helping to protect cultural heritage and diversify the people and experiences represented in official histories.
