BottomLucy Nelson is an award-winning writer of fiction and part time arts worker living on unceded Dharawal Country. Her work has been published in Meanjin, Kill Your Darlings, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Big Issue, Southword and elsewhere. She has received the Newcastle Short Story Award, the Writing NSW Varuna Fellowship and the Templeberg Fellowship from Writers Victoria. She studied Professional Writing and Editing at RMIT in Melbourne and her first book, Wait Here, was published in 2025.
