John Watts retired to Gloucester after working in Sydney for many years as a barrister. John was heavily involved in the successful campaigns to stop AGL’s coal seam gas plans and the Rocky Hill coal mine on the doorstep of Gloucester. John is the President of the Gloucester Environment Group. He is involved in environmental advocacy and writes for a local newspaper. John is married to Sue and has three sons and eight grandchildren. It is their future that is his prime motivation for his environmental activities. NINE LIVES FOR OUR PLANET is his second book.
